At Clara Fields, we are expert in adapting recipes and methods for Clara Fields’ Dulce de Leche to suit our clients end application.  Introducing a new or different ingredient to a production process always poses welcome challenges, and we work in partnership with bakeries, restaurants and producers to develop new variations of our famous Dulce de Leche. Variations such as our reduced sugar variety or our amazing salted luxury caramel.  We are pleased to provide support to customers developing their own new products by delivering small quantities for trial and at short notice.


Working in partnership and consultation with chefs, patisseries, bakeries and kitchens to develop and tweak recipes, we offer a multistage bespoke plan.  Together we take the original idea from kitchen trials to pilot plant trials to full scale production trials.

Excellent customer service and the production of a superb product are at the very heart of what we do every day.   At our state of the art plant, we carefully marry the highest quality ingredients with tried and tested recipes, in a modern controlled process, to deliver exceptional results. Our purpose built facility is just over an hour from Dublin airport, and yet we are privileged to be among the green lush views of Ireland rich heartlands.  A perfect spot for the making of our Dulce de Leche.
