The Hogan family have been farming the rich pastures of County Offaly in the Irish heartlands for decades.  This rich rolling landscape produces some of the best milk in Ireland. It is also home to a network of artisan and specialist? Food producers who excel in the quality and diversity of their products.

Where it began

The extended Hogan family began producing Dulce de Leche over twenty years ago, using the creamy milk from  the local herds of happy Friesian cows and their own passion for taste and excellence. Inspired by the Argentinian ‘Sweetness of Milk’ that is Dulce de Leche, they created and honed their own brand of Dulce de Leche and Salted Caramel to meet European standards and tastes.

What we do

Today, a state of the art facility set in the same lush pastures, houses the production plant and the secret tried and tested recipes for producing Clara Fields, Dulce de Leche.  Manufacturing is conducted at the highest standards, Quality Assured, and the creamy goodness is transported to Europe and the UK with an efficient and timely delivery system, ensuring satisfied customers.

The Hogan family are delighted that Clara Fields’ Dulce de Leche is the prime ingredient in so many traditional desserts, like banoffee pie and ice cream, right through to exotic Middle Eastern sweets.  The range of products now include salted caramel, luxury salted caramel, luxury caramel and reduced sugar Dulce de Leche.
